Invest In Education, a licensed non-profit corporation, was founded in 2006 with a goal of establishing a supportive academic environment for children in need of alternative education. In order to accomplish our mission, Invest In Education established Lehigh Learning Academy, a private alternative school dedicated to providing a quality education program to children and teens with a history of behavioral problems.

Located in Nazareth, Pennsylvania, Lehigh Learning Academy will be operated by co-founders, Scott Reichley and Jay Brey. Together, the two professionals offer over twenty-five years of experience in the field of alternative education. This includes ten years of experience as alternative school administrators, and ten years of experience teaching and counseling in alternative education. They also have over four hundred hours of training in restorative practices, over five years of experience training school administrators and staff in the use of restorative practices, and over four years of experience working in public schools.
